2. Package & Ship: Once approved, ship items to our return address (provided in approval email)
3. Receive Refund: Processed within 3 business days of receiving your return

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• International customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees
