Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your gear in the game:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – Delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees and taxes.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our products like a shortstop behind second base. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom gloves (marked as “Custom” in our menu)
  • Female fastpitch gear (marked as “Female Fastpitch” in our menu)

Return Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Simple 3-Step Return Process

1. Request Authorization

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

2. Package & Ship

Once approved, securely package your item(s) and ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

3. Receive Your Refund/Exchange

We’ll process your request within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Appearance Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

For size or product exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship the new item once we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare as a perfect game), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing may take additional time for international shipments
