While we’re confident you’ll love your premium baseball and softball gear, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines our straightforward process to ensure you’re back in the game quickly.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, custom gloves and female fastpitch gear marked as “Custom” or “Female Fastpitch” in our menu cannot be returned unless defective.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Request Authorization
    Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Package & Ship
    Once approved, securely package your item(s) and ship to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  3. Receive Your Refund/Exchange
    We’ll process your request within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Appearance Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

For size or product exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare as an unassisted triple play), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing may take additional time for international shipments
